Sign up for your Paslode tool warranty to be entitled to our premium warranty tool repair. If you experience a problem with your tool within your warranty period, follow our simple process below to quickly return the tool to our in-house service centre. To register your warranty, simply fill in the details requested below.
The Xi range of tools (COMBI Xi, 360Xi & PPNXi) and our Specialist Coil Nailers (IM45 GN and IM45 CW) benefit from our Premium 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
And as an extra THANK YOU we will honour the 3-year warranty for ALL the above-mentioned tools purchased during 2025 (backdated to January 1, 2025).
All other Paslode tools in our range are covered by our Standard 2-year warranty.
Covering all components providing that Manufacturer’s Operating Instructions have been followed, that no modifications have been made or non-original components or spare parts have been used, and that the tool has not been accidentally damaged or neglected.

TOOL SERIAL NUMBER
You can find it on either the tool or the case. Depending on what tool it is and what year it was bought, the number could come in slightly different variations. It is always a sequence of 13 numbers.
